TREVO Non-Discrimination Policy – We Are a Community for All

Here on TREVO, we are dedicated to building an inclusive car sharing community that improves the lifestyle of both our Hosts and Guests. To ensure a safe space for all our users that is free from prejudice and bias, we have developed a Non-Discrimination Policy.

In order to build the TREVO community together, we need to be able to forge meaningful relationships regardless of race, language, gender, age, or religion. This is only possible in an environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

What kind of discrimination?

We have identified discrimination as negative actions or attitudes against a person for their protected characteristics, such as a person’s:

  • Race
  • Ethnicity
  • Age
  • Country of origin
  • Religion
  • Gender
  • Familial status
  • Sexual orientation

How can TREVO Hosts help?

We want TREVO Guests to have an enjoyable experience on our platform. Hosts play an important role in helping to build a pleasant environment within the TREVO community.

Hosts should NOT use their biases against people’s protected characteristics to:

  1. Set Guest eligibility criteria
  2. Impose any different terms and conditions on Guests
  3. Decline or cancel bookings or trips
  4. Make any listings containing discriminatory preferences
  5. Engage in any other forms of discriminatory conduct
