At TREVO, we want to always make sure both Guests and Hosts have a smooth and safe process throughout a TREVO booking.

For a hassle-free experience, only Guests can collect the car from the Host/Dasher (Delivery Partner).

However, in the event of car collections by a 3rd party/additional driver, we advice for Guests to reach out to our TREVO Support representative via the Live Chat feature in the TREVO app.

How do I reach out via Live Chat?

  3. Inform our TREVO Support representative of your request

Should I inform the Host as well that there will be another person collecting the car?

Yes, you need to inform the Host regarding the person who’ll be collecting the car.

The 3rd party/additional driver must be a registered TREVO user.
