Terms & conditions
1. Car Buyer (BUYER) who successfully purchases used car (CAR) from AUTOSELECTION and agrees to
list the CAR onto TREVO platform to become a TREVO mobility sharing partner host (HOST) in return
for access to TREVO’s marketplace.
2. By agreeing to become a HOST and to make your CAR available on TREVO platform for
TREVO’s community mobility sharing, for at least 8 full days per calendar month for the next 12 months
upon the day when the change of CAR ownership to the BUYER is effective as registered on the JPJ Malaysia
system and as validated by the vehicle road tax grant date. When the car is listed, HOST needs to ensure
that all incoming requests are accepted and fulfilled unless cancelled by the car-sharing community member.
Rebate: (Mobility Sharing)
3. BUYER is eligible to receive Rebate valued of RM______________ (dependable on vehicle type) per month
(as validated by the TREVO platform), effectively from Date__________________ for the next 12 months by
fulfilling all the above-mentioned criteria (Terms 1 and 2). The last month of Rebate qualification is
Month _______________.
4. Qualifying Rebate is paid once each Month to HOST’s bank account directly unless otherwise specified
by TREVO from time to time. Should Term 2 mentioned above is not met, TREVO will cease in Rebate issuance
on the following month.
5. Should BUYER fail to meet Term 2 for the consecutive 2 months, Rebate will be void permanently.
CAR Insurance:
6. TREVO platform offers to match BUYER to a recommended insurance policy as an optional choice.
(i) TREVO’s recommended Comprehensive Car Insurance (AXA): BUYER’s CAR is contractually protected against
physical damages, up to its insured value, for collision and most “Comprehensive” causes, including fire and theft.
TREVO will handle all accidents claims on behalf of BUYER. Policy provides insurance liability up to RM3,000,000.
Mechanism for TREVO’s recommended insurance, BUYER contributed their portion of premium for “Private Car Comprehensive
Insurance”, minus their qualified No- Claim Bonus (NCD). TREVO covers the balance of the higher premium owing to the
extra protection for the car-sharing purposes and pays top up direct to insurance partner.
Full details of Insurance policy will be provided once BUYER has indicated his/hers insurance coverage preference.
(ii) BUYER’s opting in for own choice of Insurer: In this case, BUYER is responsible to get own car Insurance coverage,
and be responsible for own car damage, third party liability and theft. TREVO will provide reservation related data to
BUYER for self- managed claim fillings as long as there are valid proof of accident from the relevant authorities
(i.e. police reports).
TREVO’s Service Fees:
Car Insurance Option TREVO’s Service Fees, % of car sharing revenue
(I) TREVO’s recommended Comprehensive insurance 40%*
(II) BUYER’s own choice of Insurer 25%
*Custodian Service is included where agents of TREVO provide Key handling, Car Inspection and
Customer fulfilment Services for every booking request for mobility sharing.
Your signature below indicates you have agreed to participate in the “Fund Your Drive” Programme
and have agreed to meet the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions in order to qualify for the
monthly Rebate for 12 months.

(i) TREVO’s recommended Comprehensive Insurance
(ii) BUYER’s choice of Insurer
