Anti-Bribery and Corruption and Whistleblowing Policy

Socar Mobility Malaysia Sdn Bhd, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as “The Group”) is dedicated to conducting and carrying out its business in an impartial, unbiased, professional manner and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and standards in all locations and jurisdictions in which The Group operates. In line with this commitment The Group adopts a zero-tolerance policy to non-compliance and/or breaches and contraventions with the respective regulatory obligations, duties, and applicable laws. As associated persons of The Group (partners, officers, employees, members and third parties who perform services for The Group), you are responsible for reading, understanding, and abiding by The Group’s Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy, observing, and upholding the same zero-tolerance position on bribery and corruption. In addition to the Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy, The Group has also put in place the Whistleblowing Policy to provide an avenue which serves as a confidential platform for all associated individuals to disclose any acts of bribery and/or corruption in a confidential manner that protects the whistleblower from any risk or reprisals.
