Cameron Flora Park is one of the most popular Cameron Highlands attractions as you can experience being surrounded by beautiful flowers! There are two sections: outdoor and indoor. 

 

You’ll have to climb over 20+ flights of stairs that are located outdoors to get to the highest point where you can take various photos for the ‘gram. In fact, there are just too many gorgeous spots for photos – you’ll just end up taking a picture everywhere you go!

2. Feast at Restoran Taman Apple Cameron Steamboat & Grill

If you’re wondering what to eat in Cameron Highlands, everyone would suggest steamboats! This restaurant offers a wide variety of food choices such as lamb, seafood, chicken. mutton, and beef. 

 

The meat options are marinated pretty well with choices such as black pepper and kunyit. As for the beverages, there are up to 6 selections and up to 3 flavours for the ice cream. The soup options include tomyum and chicken.

3. Brush up your history while visiting Sam Poh Temple

Located on a small hilltop, Sam Poh Temple is known as the 4th largest Buddhist temple, making it one of the most interesting places in Cameron Highlands. 

 

Other than the colourful architecture, there’s also a place filled with flowers and fishes swimming around in the pond. The atmosphere is extremely calming and peaceful – together with the clean environment, you’ll feel relaxed while walking around.

4. Indulge in quality tea at Boh Plantation Tea

Do you prefer tea over coffee? Well, you’ll love taking in the aroma of tea at Boh Plantation Tea. It remains a popular Cameron Highlands attraction as other than tasting the flavourful tea, visitors are also able to learn about the five steps of tea. 

 

There’s also a cafe where they serve delicious cakes such as banana carrot cake, green tea tiramisu and Opera.

5. Surround yourself with lavender at Lavender Gardens

When you’re planning a short trip to Cameron Highland and you’re a fan of flowers, you have to include Lavender Gardens as part of your itinerary.

 

Other than the gorgeous spread of lavenders, you can also taste lavender ice cream that’s in a pastel lavender colour.

In the museum, you can learn from the famous historical places as well as events that happened in Cameron Highlands. 7. Plan a camping trip to Taman Eko Kem Sungai Pauh

Camping is one of the exciting things to do in Cameron Highlands! Taman Eko Kem Sungai Pauh is a popular camping site – with three main areas to pitch the tents on. 

 

You’ll have to bring your own cookware and other camping essentials. They do provide BBQ pits, electric power points, and bathrooms with showers, though. It can get quite cold at night, so you’ll have to bring jackets along with you.

8. Expand your knowledge at Cactus Valley

9. Take in scenic views at Lata Iskandar

The wonderful view of the waterfall at Lata Iskandar makes this place a popular Cameron Highlands attraction. Families are able to have a relaxing picnic beside the waterfall. 

 

If picnics aren’t your thing, you can also take a nice dip in the waterfall, but do bear in mind it can get quite cold. Not forgetting the scenic spots for beautiful photos!

10. Survey the various stalls at Brinchang Weekend Night Market
