1. Climb the Centipede Temple


This Buddhist temple, also known as the Then Sze Koon Temple, is a Seremban attraction that offers a magnificent 360 view of Seremban Town. The catch? You’ll have to climb up 260 steps in order to reach the entrance of this temple, but this wouldn’t be a problem if you don’t mind burning some calories.


The landmark of this temple is the huge centipede statue. Couples would benefit from the statue of Lord Yue Lao, known as the ‘God of Marriage’ which offers blessings for a happy union.

2. Hike up Gunung Angsi

3. Seremban Lake Garden

4. Negeri Sembilan State Museum


The Negeri Sembilan Museum State consists of unique Minangkabau architecture all around, making it one of the most interesting places in Seremban. For those who don’t know, the Minangkabau architecture usually has roof ridges that curve upwards that represent a buffalo’s horns. 


You’ll find two buildings: Ampang Tinggi Place and Negeri Sembilan House. There are many interesting artifacts, cannons used during wars, and even traditional boats. Expect to learn a thing or two as there is plenty of historical information all around.

5. Jelita Ostrich Farm


Here at Jelita Ostrich Farm, you will find various farm activities to do such as feeding, riding, or watching the ostriches racing against each other. If you’re looking for things to do in Seremban with your family, you shouldn’t miss out on this farm. To feed the ostriches, you may opt to buy corn kernels that come in small packets for RM1 each. 


They sell various products related to Ostriches such as hair shampoo. You can even buy ostrich eggs for a price of RM80 per egg. There are other animals such as goats and birds.

6. Royal Gallery Tuanku Ja'afar


For a more historical Seremban attraction, the Royal Museum is home to the 10th Sultan of Negeri Sembilan Tuanku Ja’afar where you will learn all about his life. There are various interactive games and family photos with historical displays on the walls. 


The information provided is in dual-language: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Outside of the gallery, there is a small garden where you can have a walk and take a look at the oldest rubber tree in Malaysia.
